Terms & Conditions – Equity Rewards Program

By participating in the Pi-Mart’s Free Equity Rewards Program (the "Program"), customers  agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • The Equity Reward (SAFE Contract) is offered solely by Luxury Stores International, Inc. ("the Company") and is only available through the Company’s official stores (including Pi-Mart Online Store).
  • Only registered subscribers/customers of these official/authorized stores are eligible to earn Equity Rewards.
  • Eligibility is subject to verification and compliance with all Program rules.


2. Nature of Equity Reward

  • The Equity Reward is offered free of cost, and no payment is required from the customer.
  • This reward is a voluntary gift granted solely at the Company’s discretion to bonafide customers as a token of appreciation for supporting the Company’s vision.
  • The reward is non-obligatory and non-binding on the Company and cannot be challenged in any court of law or used as a basis for legal claims.


3. Legal Compliance

  • The issuance of Equity Rewards (SAFE Contracts) is subject to approval under applicable U.S. laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

              Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requirements.

              Internal Revenue Service (IRS) tax guidelines.

              Delaware (DE) corporate laws (where the Company is incorporated).

  • The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if deemed non-compliant.


4. Redemption Threshold

  • Equity Rewards may be redeemed as cash or SAFE equity only after accumulating a minimum of $100 in eligible purchases through the Company’s official or authorized stores.
  • Purchases must be valid, non-refunded, and non-fraudulent to count toward the threshold.


5. Valuation Cap

  • The SAFE Contract’s valuation cap (equity value per reward) will be determined at the time each customer reaches the $100 threshold, based on the Company’s then-current valuation.
  • The Company will notify eligible customers of their SAFE terms upon redemption.


6. Modifications & Termination

  • Luxury Stores International, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice to comply with legal, regulatory, or business requirements.
  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
